What data are we talking about?

The personal data that we hold is your name, and the name of any joint leaseholder where provided, your telephone number, postal address and email address. 

This information would have been provided by you when you purchased an apartment at 1 Pepys Street or updates you’ve provided since then. We do not hold any personal financial information relating to your service charge or ground rent payments.

Why we hold your data

To record that you are a leaseholder at 1 Pepys Street and to be able to contact you in the event of any emergencies regarding your apartment or other matters affecting it. To send you occasional important information about 1 Pepys Street.

Where we hold your data

Your personal contact data is held securely by the Concierge at Reception and kept locked away. Some information may also be held securely by a Director of the RTM Company.

Apart from our Managing Agent, we will not pass on your data to any other organisation without your explicit permission.

Your rights over your data

You have the right at any time to:

• Ask us what data we hold about you
• Ask to have your data corrected/updated
