Who to contact when you sell your flat

When you decide to sell your property you need to provide your solicitor with details of the RTM Company and the Managing Agent.

Please inform your solicitor that a 'Solicitors Pack' is available from the the Legal Team of our Managing Agent (see below for contact details). This pack answers the standard questions that your solicitor and the buyer's solicitor will need to know when selling your property and provides the necessary documentation for your solicitor to obtain prior written approval for the transfer to take place under the terms of the lease. Please note that the Managing Agent makes a charge for this service.

Once you have sold your property you are no longer a member of the RTM company or a shareholder of One Pepys Street Management Company Limited.
