Who to contact when you sell your flat

When you decide to sell your property you need to provide your solicitor with details of the RTM Company and the Managing Agent.

When you have sold your property please be sure to advise the Company Secretary of Pepys Street RTM Company Limited at the registered office. Once you have sold your property you are no longer a member of the RTM company or a shareholder of One Pepys Street Management Company Limited.

Please inform your solicitor that a 'Solicitors Pack' is available from the Managing Agent. This pack answers the standard questions that your solicitor and the buyer's solicitor will need to know when selling your property.
