If you have just purchased a property at 1 Pepys Street and have not already been contacted by Pepys Street RTM Company Limited please do so on giving your details and address to where correspondence should be sent. You will then be sent an application form to become a member of the RTM company.

Please inform your solicitor that a Stock Transfer form in respect of One Pepys Street Management Company Limited should be sent to the Company Secretary of that company in order to transfer the share into your name.
