Who do I contact?

If you have just purchased a property at 1 Pepys Street and have not already been contacted by Pepys Street RTM Company Limited please do so on or by contacting the Company Secretary giving your details and address to where correspondence should be sent. You will then be sent an application form to become a member of the RTM company and details of what is required to have a share in One Pepys Street Management Company Limited transferred into your name. You should also contact the Managing Agent to provide them with your details and the address to where service charge demands should be sent.

Notice of Assignment of Transfer

Please inform your solicitor that the Notice of Assignment of Transfer should be served upon Parkbrace Limited as the ground rent landlord and copied to the Managing Agent for the Right to Manage Company as well as the Company Secretary of Pepys Street RTM Company Limited.

Please note that the Notice must be served within one month in accordance with the terms of the lease. Your ownership details cannot be noted until this Notice has been served correctly.

Share Transfer

Please inform your solicitor that share transfers in respect of One Pepys Street Management Company Limited are handled by the Company Secretary of that company.
