Council Tax The City of London is responsible for all aspects of making and administering council tax in the 'Square Mile'. However, it has appointed Liberata UK Ltd to collect council tax on its behalf. Enquiries can be made in person to Liberata at the address below between 9.45 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, write to Liberata stating that it is a council tax query and quoting the reference number on your bill. |
