RTM means 'Right to Manage' and is a statutory right which enables leaseholders to manage the property in which they have a financial interest. The directors are leaseholders and voluntarily give up their free time to run the company for the benefit of all leaseholders. |

Membership of the RTM CompanyThe RTM Company is limited by guarantee and leaseholders need to apply to the directors to become a member. Membership is free and entitles you to have a say in how One Pepys Street is run, how the service charge is spent, and to attend and vote at general meetings. It is therefore in the interests of all leaseholders that they are a member.
