What is RTM?RTM means 'Right to Manage' and is a statutory right which enables leaseholders to manage the property in which they have a financial interest. The directors voluntarily give up their free time to run the company for the benefit of all leaseholders. Membership is free and entitles leaseholders to have a say in how One Pepys Street is run, how the service charge is spent, and to attend and vote at general meetings.
